D2 steel is often used for tools due to its toughness. The D2 steel keeps an edge longer than most knives and can be difficult to sharpen. Keep oiled when not in use.

A man's knife!
It has a little weight to it but I like that about it. It is a good size and fits my hands very well.
Solid but heavy.
This knife is solid. No rattle and has a very satisfying "snik-snak" we deployed.
Only complaint: one heavy knife. I was really surprised. Does it mean I won't use it? Nope. The blade is sharp and the design feels controllable when in use. Just be prepared for the haft.
I recently purchased the Frost and boy do I love this thing. The blades sharpness is immediately on display. I use it around the garage even for simple cutting tasks.
One of the most firm knives I’ve held. I feel the power when I open the knife.
The Frost is the first Tekto Knife I bought. After receiving it, I know I’m going to buy more from your Team
