D2 steel is often used for tools due to its toughness. The D2 steel keeps an edge longer than most knives and can be difficult to sharpen. Keep oiled when not in use.

Skar is a high quality knife
Amazing knife. I bought my first Tekto knife in 2019 and this is definitely an upgrade in terms of weight, accuracy and reliability. The Skar is much lighter than the swift I have, its also much sturdier, when you hold it you feel like you are holding a quality product. I usually keep the Skar in my car for emergencies and I catch myself playing with it while I drive. Great job on improving your products!
Stud of a knife
Bizerk. I used plenty of knives in my life, CNC and non-cnc. Coming across the Skar, I decided to buy it because of the price point. To tell you the truth, these type of knives go for double the price. The precision its made with, the detail, the blade itself. It’s extremely easy to use. The blade is as sharp as they come. There isn’t one think I’d change about this knife. Packaging 5/5, sheath 5/5, Skar deserves a 10/5. It is that good.
If I imagined a knife, it would be the SKAR
I love the dual action knives. The Skar fits every I want in a knife. Light, without fail, the double-edge, sprinkle in a little serrated area on the blade, firm grip, perfect sized handle. 5/5
Bragging is what I don’t like to do, but Tekto should brag about this knife. It is an absolute steal. I’d have paid $500 for this knife. It is that damn well made. Not one issue since opening it. Color stays strong on the blade. The handle is firm and I love using it. I look forward to using this daily.
Sharp amazing blade
The sharpest knife I’ve ever received. Ready to go straight-out of the package. Sharp sharp sharp
