If you purchased shipping protection for your order and need to file a claim, please click here. SHIPPED is a third-party shipping insurance provider. Tekto Knives has no influence on the decision determined by SHIPPED.

RETURN POLICY

Our guarantee for items purchased on tektoknives.com is unconditional. If any purchase fails or meets your complete satisfaction for any reason, you may return it or exchange it WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR SHIPMENT.

You may be charged a fee upon returning if ANY of the original packing is missing. Any product you return must be in perfectly salable condition in the original packaging for a full refund. If any of the original packaging is missing such as the promotional stickers, protective sheath, manual, you can be charged additional fees. This would be taken out of your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you as we complete the return process. Processing returns can take 7 to 10 business days from receiving the product at Tekto Headquarters in Biddeford, ME.

Refunds

You will receive a credit via your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 TO 10 DAYS FOR THE PROCESSING of returns and issuance of credit upon receipt by TEKTO. Please note that we cannot refund the initial shipping cost.
If you used a promotional code or certificate to pay for any part of an item you want to return, you will be credited only the amount charged to your credit card.
