The Slit is one of the early automatic otf knives, upgraded over time to feature a blacked-out aerospace aluminum handle, screws, and push button. The D2 blade and innovative double-springed sliding mechanism make this a perfect knife.

Fast Shipping, Great Knife

I ordered my knife on 10/18, it delivered on 10/26. Tekto sent shipping information right away, and kept me informed the whole time.... I wish more companies could do that. It's the little things that makes it feel so much smoother!

So far I'm really enjoying the knife and luckily so far I haven't stabbed myself yet. This is a win = win! I think I have a little ADD, because I keep opening and closing it over and over and over. Haven't had a failure yet, it has always functioned. Oh yeah, cut my sandwich in half yesterday too, worked great! I'm impressed so far, I'll try to update in the future when I have more time to play with it.

Got it yesterday.

Holy smokes, there is a huge difference between the old knives and this CNC. The design is perfect, no blemishes. The ejection of the blade is so smooth and fail proof. I’ve been playing around with it all day. Be careful of the blade, its sharpppp! The way a knife should be. I’m never buying anything but a CNC knife going forward.

Good knife - works as promised - a little loose for my liking

I realize that an automatic knife by its' nature will not be as solid as a quality fold-out knife, but this one is more loose than I like with a lot of play between the blade and handle after being opened. Other than that it performs as promised.

No butts but the button

Brilliant knife. The button a bit too hard to push for me. I’d recommend softer material, but, the knife, as advertised and probably better.

Amazing!!!

I’m a knife guy. I own lots of knives from all the big names…. Yes. All the big names. Tetko has consistently performed alongside the other guys with ease. These knives are built tough. I’ve put them through the torture tests, and they pass every time with flying colors! HIGHLY recommended for any knife guy who wants a quality product with a great price tag.
